Cooking:

We collect young arrows of garlic. We sort them out, cut off the dry ends. Rinse well and dry on a paper towel.

Ginger and sweet pepper cut into strips. Carrots - plates. We chop the onion in half rings. We cut the arrows with sticks 5 cm long.

Crush the garlic cloves with a knife, so it will be easier to chop them into small pieces.

Boiled beef cut into strips.

Add spices to the meat cubes - 1 tsp chicken broth, 1 tsp Chinese seasoning Doshida, then sprinkle the meat with starch on top.
