I had a small size, I had enough pasta to make four sandwiches. If you have a large fruit, then it is quite possible to cook from 6 to 8 pieces. I used toast bread with bran, but it can be replaced with any white or gray bread.

    Ingredients:

    • avocado - 1 piece.
    • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
    • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
    • olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
    • tomatoes - 1 piece.
    • salt - to taste.
    • ground black pepper - to taste.
    • dried basil - to taste.
    • greens - to taste.
    • vegetable oil, in fact.
    • bread, in fact.
    • Servings Per Container: 4.

    Cooking:

    I prefer to fry bread with a small amount of vegetable oil, the bread turns out crispy and, in my opinion, the taste of sandwiches is more rich and interesting. Fry the bread on one side only. If desired, you can also dry the bread in a dry frying pan or use a toaster.

    Wash the tomato and cut into slices.

    Let's start making pasta. Ripe and soft avocado wash and cut into two halves.

    Remove the skin with a knife and take out the bone.

    Cut the avocado into small pieces and put in a deep plate. To prevent the flesh from turning dark, sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice.

    Mash the avocado with a fork until pureed. If the fruit is ripe and soft, then this will not be difficult.

    Avocado has an almost neutral taste and goes well with spices. Add garlic to taste, salt, ground pepper, dried basil and a spoonful of olive oil to the pulp.

    Mix everything until smooth. Pasta is ready.

    Put the bread with the toasted side up.

    Spread with paste, adjust the amount to taste.

    Place tomato slices on top.

    Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and sprinkle with fresh herbs. It is advisable to prepare sandwiches before serving so that the bread is crispy and appetizing.

    Such sandwiches are also suitable for supporters of proper nutrition and will undoubtedly appeal to those who want to diversify their menu. The snack is not only healthy and nutritious, but also very tasty.

    When you want to make a tasty, satisfying breakfast, and at the same time not spend a lot of time preparing it, avocado sandwiches will come to the rescue. This fruit is no longer exotic for Slavic cuisine, and canapes with it are much healthier than the usual sandwiches with butter and sausage.

    This dish is good both for an ordinary snack and for a festive feast. Its guests will eat it first and with great pleasure: avocado harmonizes wonderfully with red fish, such as salmon.

    What ingredients will be needed?

    • Bread - 600 grams. Best suited for this purpose baguette, loaf or light airy bread. This applies to many other recipes as well;4
    • slightly salted salmon - let's also take 600 grams;
    • avocado - the same volume;
    • fused cream cheese ok - 200 grams is enough;
    • butter - 100 grams is enough;
    • lemon.

    Baton (or baguette) cut obliquely. You should get thin oval slices.

    With soft butter, grease each oval on one side. Do not make the oil layer thick.

    Now you can put everything on a dish and hold it in the microwave for half a minute at full power. Or dry briefly hot oven. However, doing without “heat treatment” at all is also a good option.

    Squeeze citrus juice into the blender bowl, put cream cheese and avocado pulp in the same place. We turn on the device to get a kind of paste.

    Spread the paste on each slice, covering the butter with it. Spread the salmon on top, ahead of time cutting it into neat thin slices.

    We decorate sandwiches with red fish and avocado with olives or lemon slices. Breakfast is ready!

    Such canapes will wonderfully complement an elegant buffet table. It is very pleasant to taste white wine or champagne with them.

    Cooking with garlic

    If you don’t have to run to work or school right after breakfast, enjoy sandwiches with avocado and garlic.

    They need products:

    • toasted bread - take 10 slices;
    • avocado - at least 400 grams;
    • lemon juice - about 20 grams is enough;
    • garlic - three cloves;
    • salt - a pinch is enough;
    • olive oil - limited to 60 ml.

    Lightly fry the bread in oil in a frying pan. You can dry the slices in the oven, but then you must first properly sprinkle them with oil.

    We place the finished portions on napkins - let the excess fat go away and the bread cool.

    At this time, we are engaged in avocados. We clean, free from the bone. The resulting pulp can be processed at will in two ways - mash with a fork, or chop with a blender.

    Add garlic (passed through a garlic press), citrus juice and salt to the pulp. And mix again. Now you can smear the toast with the composition.

    Such sandwiches are able to act not only as a main course, but also as a "foundation" for other foundations. If, for example, put pieces of bacon, herring or sprats on top, you get a new taste.

    With added cheese

    Cheese sandwiches are not new to us. They become unusual when you combine cheese with avocado.

    We will prepare a snack from:

    • cheese (let's take Ricotta) - 200 grams;
    • the pulp of a ripe avocado - the same volume;
    • mayonnaise - enough 100 grams;
    • garlic - at least a couple of cloves;
    • wine vinegar - 20 grams is enough;
    • kernels of nuts (which you love and find in the kitchen) or seeds, or sesame seeds - 50 grams;
    • bread (this time we need rye) - at least 300 grams;
    • spices - which ones do you prefer;
    • vegetable oil (refined sunflower, and even better olive);
    • greens, lemon slices - for decoration.

    Let's do the bread first. We divide it into slices, season each with spices and sprinkle vegetable oil. The toast needs to dry out. Everything is suitable for this - a frying pan, an oven, a toaster.

    We send all the ingredients to the blender - cheese, avocado pulp, garlic, seeds (or nuts). We turn on the device and achieve the state of a kind of cream, season with mayonnaise, season with salt and seasonings. Let's not forget the vinegar.

    We cover each rye toast with the resulting mass with avocado and cheese. Decorate with slices of lemon and greens.

    Chicken and Avocado Sandwiches

    Avocado tarts combined with smoked chicken will make a delicious snack and cheer you up.

    What will be needed to prepare them?

    • smoked chicken meat - take 200 grams;
    • arugula - a handful;
    • tomatoes - half the fruit is enough;
    • mayonnaise;
    • mustard (French is generally perfect);
    • bread - four slices.

    Let's get to the bread first. We cover two toasts with mayonnaise, grease the rest with mustard.

    We wash and dry the arugula so that the water does not drain.

    We spread the "pillow" of arugula on the mayonnaise. Chicken goes upstairs (we divided the meat into thin slices in advance). Equally thin tomato slices lie on the meat. They have avocado slices on them.

    It remains to "build" sandwiches, covering this magnificence with bread and mustard. Naturally, mustard layer inside.

    Recipe with poached egg

    For a canape like this, eggs are prepared in a special way: carefully, so as not to damage the yolk, break them into boiling water, getting in a couple of minutes something like a flower with a yellow center and a lace of protein petals. Let's try and make such tarts with avocado and egg.

    You will need the following set of products:

    • bread - take six slices;
    • lettuce leaves - the same amount;
    • avocado pulp - at least 300 grams;
    • lemon juice - at least a couple of teaspoons;
    • yogurt (but only unsweetened) - 20 grams is enough;
    • salt and ground black pepper - count at your discretion.

    Avocado pulp is processed in a blender. Then add citrus juice and yogurt to it. It remains to turn it all into a lush mass - with the help of the same blender.
