Cottage cheese diet pancakes without flour. Cottage cheese pancakes without flour - pristalnaya — Learn Cottage cheese pancakes without flour

At first, this recipe intrigued me with its composition - cottage cheese and without flour. Then I was tempted by the description of the taste: soft, crispy on the edge with the taste of sweet curd.

I immediately made a double portion of the dough, and then I suffered a complete failure, the pancakes were torn, did not turn over and gathered in a lump. Angry, I either added flour or water, in general, baked something.

However, I had no reason not to trust the hostess who shared this recipe, and the stubbornness in me, when something doesn’t work out, is enough for two, I decided to repeat the experience, following the recipe exactly.

Surprisingly, it turned out great the second time around. Apparently, a small amount of ingredients gives the desired result.

Ingredients: 2 tbsp fatty cottage cheese (with a slide), 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. potato starch, 1.5 tbsp. sand (without a slide), 1 tbsp. boiling water, a pinch of salt and a pinch of soda or baking powder.

AT curd mass add soda or baking powder (quite a bit, a quarter of a teaspoon) and starch, mix everything again.

Bring the water to a boil and pour in a tablespoon of boiling water, mix, the dough should be liquid.

We heat up the pan. Since we did not add oil to the dough, we grease the pan before each pancake with oil using a silicone brush or traditionally with a piece of lard.

The fire during baking should be reduced to medium, since the pancake dough is very soft, it is necessary that the bottom has time to brown, and the top is not raw, but baked.

Turning over is a bit difficult, I adapted like this: I bent the edge, then picked it up with my hands and turned it over. It's just that in these pancakes the middle is very soft and, sometimes, with a spatula, it is crushed.

If you manage to cope with these whims, I promise that their taste will not disappoint you - tender, soft, really having a subtle taste of sweet curd.

With joy that everything worked out for me, I wrapped them in roses and served them with sour cream and blackberries. Roses are made simply, fold one edge of the pancake towards the center by one third, then make another fold, resulting in a strip in three layers, roll the strip into a roll and straighten the edges - the rose is ready.

This is such a pancake adventure, but I didn’t try in vain, pancakes are delicious!

I have great news for you! There are many recipes for delicious diet pancakes without wheat flour! Forget about gluten in pancakes, here are recipes that are tasty and safe for health and shape. There are also delicious and healthy ones for you, because they contain complex carbohydrates that give us energy.

To get started, a few tips from nutritionists for making pancakes:

  • Don't use yeast. Firstly, they are high-calorie, and secondly, they can cause fermentation in the intestines. And although there is a lot of vitamin B in yeast, they are not suitable for a flat tummy.
  • Add a couple of tablespoons to the dough olive oil and then in the process of frying oil is not required. Use a pan with a special non-stick coating, this will also help reduce the use of oil.
  • Use non-fat or plant-based milk, such as soy, coconut, sesame. Sesame milk is easy to make at home.
  • Replace wheat flour with any other flour: rice, oatmeal, corn, buckwheat. In fact, there are many types of flour.
  • As a filler stuffed pancakes use low-calorie foods: greens, vegetables, fruits.
  • And yet, pancakes are a carbohydrate dish, it is better to eat it in the morning. Pancakes are especially good for breakfast.

These pancakes are made without any flour! I didn't think it was even possible before. On starch, excellent thin and very strong, elastic pancakes are obtained.

  • Milk - 500 ml.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons
  • Starch (it is better to take corn) - 6 tbsp. (with a small slide)

Cooking:

1. Let's start by mixing the eggs with sugar and salt. You can do this in any way convenient for you: blender, mixer, whisk. The amount of sugar can be adjusted to taste. But remember, if you put a lot of sugar, the pancakes will burn quickly.

2. Milk should be slightly warmed to room temperature and combined with eggs. If you add cold milk, for example from the refrigerator, lumps will form in the dough.

3. Starch can be added either corn or potato, depending on which one you have on hand. If corn starch, take half a tablespoon more than potato starch: 6.5 tbsp. with a small slide of corn or 6 tbsp. with a small slide of potatoes. Mix the dough well so that there are no lumps.

4. Add vegetable oil. The dough must be liquid.

5. Warm up the pan well and grease it with vegetable oil.

I'm having pancakes for my holiday breakfast today. Anyway, Maslenitsa. chose unusual recipe and was not disappointed. Still, culinary experiments are mine. I suggest you try it too.

2 eggs;
5 tablespoons of milk;
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese;
2 tbsp cornstarch;
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder;
1 teaspoon of sugar;
2 tbsp. spoons of boiling water;
1 teaspoon vegetable oil.

From the indicated amount, 6 pancakes are obtained - just for two servings.
You can use any filling: mushroom, meat, cottage cheese, apple, berry, potato, grated cheese ... If the filling is unsweetened, you can not add sugar to the dough.
I have cottage cheese mixed with dried cranberries and a spoonful of agave syrup in the filling.

Whisk two eggs in a bowl. Add milk, sugar and cottage cheese (previously knead it well with a fork). Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Add two heaping tablespoons of cornstarch and baking powder. Mix well again. At the end, add two tablespoons of boiling water and a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Potato starch will not work here.

I grease the pan before baking each pancake with a napkin slightly dipped in oil.
We bake pancakes as usual. If you make them with filling, then you can fry pancakes on one side only.

I turned over, but the second side was fried for literally 10 seconds, because I did not know how they would behave, whether they would stick together. But the pancakes turned out great. Nothing was torn, not sticky and did not burn. You need to turn over with a wide knife or spatula when the surface is no longer liquid, and the edge of the pancake darkens.

Put the stuffing on the fried side. We wrap it with an envelope, a tube, or whatever you like. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream, honey, jam, any topping you like.

Shrovetide is coming soon, which means that in our homes every day, for a whole week, there will definitely be a pile of tender and delicious pancakes. But I am more than sure that among us there are those who follow their figure and do not allow themselves anything extra. What should they do? How to proceed? And do you really have to give up pancakes, because of your own principles? In no case! You can treat yourself to tender and thin pancakes, cooked without a single gram of flour. "How?" - you ask? And now I'll tell you everything. Pancakes without flour are very tasty, despite the fact that they do not contain granulated sugar. We will boldly replace it with sweetener tablets and to taste, they will not even be distinguished from ordinary ones. The main thing to know when preparing them is that you need to bake them very carefully, because they are incredibly thin and can easily tear. And they bake almost twice as fast as any other. Are we getting started? Go!

Ingredients:

  • chicken eggs - 1 piece;
  • milk - 7 tablespoons;
  • fat-free cottage cheese - 100 grams;
  • sweetener - 5 tablets;
  • baking powder dough - ½ tsp;
  • potato starch - 3 tablespoons.
  • total number of pancakes: 7 pieces.

Cooking:

1. Basically, I put all the ingredients in the bowl at once. But there are a couple of nuances that should be taken into account when preparing the dough: the sweetener tablets must first be crushed, or you can contrive and completely dissolve them in water. If the cottage cheese is in grains, then you need to use a blender so that the dough becomes, in consistency, homogeneous. If the cottage cheese is pasty, then there should be no problems with preparing the dough and with its consistency.

2. The finished pancake dough is very tender. We do not even add vegetable oil to it, so as not to add extra calories and fat to the finished dish.

3. Pour the dough with a deep spoon or ladle into a preheated and oiled pan. Be sure of your inventory, it will be better if your pan is non-stick or ceramic so that pancakes do not stick to its surface when frying. Fry them over medium heat until golden brown. This will take less than a minute if the stove is really hot.
