Finally, add garlic and vinegar to the pan and let it boil for a couple of minutes.

The hot salad is ready and now it should be placed on the pre-prepared jars. Banks are pre-sterilized. This can be done using ordinary teapots, as our parents and grandmothers did it. Pour water into the kettle and put it on the fire, remove the lid and instead of the lid put a clean jar for 5 or 10 minutes.

Following the vinegar, add refined sunflower oil to the vegetables.

Mix all the ingredients again. Cover the pot with a lid, put it on the fire and bring the vegetables to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low and continue simmering the vegetables for 20 minutes. During the cooking process, the vegetables will juice up and decrease in size.
