Ingredients:

  • Beef - 500 g.
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml.
  • Mustard - 3 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • Mushrooms - 300 g.
  • Cream 10–15% - 500 ml
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Flour -2 tbsp.
  • Salt pepper

Cooking:

  1. Wash meat and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. For the marinade, mix mustard, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lubricate the resulting marinade meat from all sides.
  4. We put the meat in a baking bag and put it in the multicooker bowl.
  5. We put the slow cooker on the "baking" or "baking" mode for an hour and a half.
