  • Large onion - 3-4 pcs.

  • Medium hot pepper - 1 pc. (taste)
  • Garlic - 5 cloves

Cooking:

1. Cut out the stalk from the peppers and remove the seeds with veins. We will remove the remnants of the seeds with water when we wash the peppers.

2. Cut the carrots into medium cubes.

3. We cut a couple of onions coarsely, for a meat grinder, and cut one onion into medium cubes.

4. We have two types of meat - beef and pork. We cut it into large pieces for a meat grinder. We make stuffing. We don't need that much stuffing. We use as much as we need, and freeze the rest of the minced meat.

5. Why didn’t I write the exact amount of minced meat, because it depends on many factors, what kind of peppers you have, how much you will add other ingredients to minced meat. For example, I don't really like rice, so we put a little of it.

6. So, we have prepared minced meat, immediately mix it well. And we separate the part we do not need into another dish. We put it in the freezer. (Separate by eye. We left about 400 grams.)

If you can’t decide, fill one pepper and count how many tablespoons of minced meat it includes. Please note that there will be more rice. Then everything is simple, multiply the number of spoons by the number of peppers and set aside the resulting number of spoons for peppers. We freeze the rest.

7. In the meantime, put the rice to boil. Pour a couple of tablespoons of rice into boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.

8. Pass the prepared onion through a meat grinder and add to the remaining minced meat. We mix.

9. Salt, add rice, after draining water from it. Pour the peppercorns into a mortar and grind with a pestle. Who does not have a mortar, you can cover with something on top and finely crush with a hammer.

Why are we doing this. Such pepper gives a stronger flavor and everything turns out tastier. I even prefer to pepper soup either from a mill, or crush peas in a mortar. Try it. You will immediately feel the difference. We mix everything well.

10. Pour vegetable oil into the cauldron, heat it up and send the onion there, which we cut into cubes. You can also fry in a deep frying pan, whichever is more convenient for you and what someone has.

11. As soon as the onion has become transparent, we send chopped carrots to it. At this time, finely chop the hot pepper and garlic. Be careful! Pepper can be very hot. Add to your liking. We send hot peppers to onions and carrots.

12. The tomato was placed in a deep cup and poured with boiling water for a couple of minutes. After that, we easily peel the skin, cut it into pieces and send it to the frying to other vegetables. Salt, mix.

13. After all the peppers have been stuffed, put them in a cauldron for frying while standing, minced meat up and pour them with boiling water just below the upper edge of the peppers.

14. We continue to extinguish. Close the lid and lower the heat to low. It is necessary that the peppers stand, languish. Let them stand for 35 minutes. If you have large peppers, hold a little more.

15. The allotted time has passed, open the lid, add chopped garlic, as well as chopped dill and parsley. Add whatever you like. We added everything in moderation.

16. We try for salt, close and let stand for another 5 minutes on low heat. We turn off the fire. Let's brew for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Bulgarian pepper - 5-6 pcs.
  • Minced meat - 400 g.
  • Boiled rice - 5 tbsp.
  • Bulb onion - 1 pc.
  • Salt pepper
Sauce:
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Tomato - 1-2 pcs.
  • Sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Salt pepper

Cooking:

1. For beauty, we take red pepper. All vegetables are washed. What is necessary - we clean.

2. Cut the peppers lengthwise, in half and clean from seeds and veins. The stalk and tails can be left. We need half boats.

3. Cut one onion head into cubes. We rub the carrots on a medium or large grater. We send the onion to the pan with heated vegetable oil. As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add the grated carrots to it.

4. When the carrots become soft, after about 5-7 minutes, we send the diced tomatoes to them.

5. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Add 5 tablespoons of cooked rice to the minced meat. Rice is cooked in boiling water for 7 minutes. We rub the onion on a fine grater and add to the minced meat. Salt, pepper and mix well.

6. Vegetables are fried. Add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream to them. Add some water and salt. Mix everything and let it simmer.

7. Put foil on the bottom of a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil and pour some juice from our frying. Add half a glass of water.

8. Fill the boats (halves) of pepper with minced meat. If your minced meat is too thick, you can dilute it with water, preferably milk, and even better cream. Peppers will be softer and more tender.

9. So we stuff all the peppers and put them on a baking sheet. We spread the frying on each half and pour the juice from under it. Pour half a glass of water into the pan where the frying was, rinse the pan and pour this water into the peppers.

9. It turns out that the peppers are half filled with sauce. We send them to the oven for 40-45 minutes.

10. Peppers stood with us for 45 minutes. We try with a knife, if the peppers are soft, they are completely ready.

11. Let's stand for 10-15 minutes to cool a little and infuse. They turned out juicy and soft.

This recipe is considered a classic and is prepared in a regular saucepan. Every hostess at least once in her life cooked pepper on it. The recipe is very simple, but the result is amazing. When preparing this pepper, I used minced rabbit meat, but you can use minced meat from any meat, be it poultry or pork, beef.

Products for this dish:

  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 10 - 13 pcs.;
  • rice - 1 tbsp.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes - 5 pcs. or tomato paste - 3-4 tablespoons;

And now we begin to cook stuffed peppers with meat:

1. First of all, let's deal with pepper. Wash them well, and then remove the seeds and stalks. For these purposes, it is best to use a sharp knife. Carefully cut the top at the stalk of the pepper and scrolling, we take out the “lid” along with the seeds by the tail.

2. Now rinse the rice. The amount of this product depends on what you want to get in the end. Some hostesses, in general, do not add rice to minced meat. However, I believe that with rice, peppers are more tender and tastier.

3. Now let's cook the frying. To do this, clean and wash the onions and carrots. Then grate the carrots, and cut the onions into cubes.

4. We put a frying pan on the fire and pour vegetable oil on it. As soon as the oil warms up a little, put the onion in it and fry until golden brown. Next, lay out the carrots to the onion and let it sweat a little along with the onion until soft.

5. Add tomato paste to vegetables (I make a special tomato dressing). If you have tomatoes, then they can be passed through a meat grinder (or grated) and poured into a pan. We simmer everything together until the excess liquid has partially evaporated.

6. Mix rice and minced meat together. Add salt and spices. If there is greens, then we grind it and also put it in minced meat. Mix everything again.

7. We start peppers. Stuffing peppers should take into account the fact that rice will increase in size during cooking, so you should leave a little space for the increased volume. Put the stuffed peppers in a suitable size pan.

8. Pour a glass of water and put our frying on top of the peppers. You can add bay leaf. Cover the saucepan with a lid and put on fire.

9. As soon as the liquid boils, reduce the heat and simmer over low heat until the rice is fully cooked.

3. Put the pan on the fire and let it warm up slightly. Pour vegetable oil and spread onions and carrots. We simmer everything over low heat until soft.

4. Pour our frying to the minced meat and mix well, preventing the minced meat from cooking from hot frying.

5. Now add salt, spices and herbs to the minced meat. We mix everything thoroughly.

6. Grate half of the cheese, and cut the other half into plates according to the number of “boats” of pepper.

7. Let's start stuffing the peppers. We fill the "boat" of pepper a little and put cheese in it. Top everything with stuffing.

How to cook such a pepper:

1. Rinse and boil rice until half cooked.

2. Take out the stalk and core with seeds from the pepper.

3. We clean and wash the onions and carrots well. Then chop the onion and grate the carrots.

4. Lightly heat a frying pan over a fire and pour a little vegetable oil into it, put onions and carrots to it and simmer slightly. Just a couple of minutes for the onion and carrot to become soft.

  • Meat 400-500 grams.
  • Rice 70-100 grams
  • Salt to taste

Cooking process:

1. First of all, I propose to do vegetables. Peppers are washed in water, remove the stalk and seeds. Onions and carrots are peeled, washed under running water. Cut the onion into small cubes, three carrots on a fine grater. Cut the tomato into cubes. Rinse the greens, dry on a clean kitchen towel and chop finely.

2. We put a frying pan with high walls or a pot / cauldron on the stove, pour in vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the onions and carrots. Fry for 2 minutes stirring from time to time.


3. Add the pork cut into small squares to the carrots and onions. Fry for 3-4 minutes.


4. Now add finely diced tomato to the pan. We mix.

Tomato can be replaced with 1/2 cup tomato juice.


5. Now add to the meat and vegetables - rice.

Rice must be washed well.


6. Add 100 ml of water, mix. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.


6. Add salt, pepper and herbs. Mix everything again and leave for 10 minutes under a closed lid so that our filling “reaches”.


7. In order for the pepper to be edible, tasty and fragrant, we need to salt it inside.


8. Now the climax has come - filling. We need to fill each fruit tightly by tamping.


9. We spread the stuffed fruits in the form in which we will bake. In my case, it's a frying pan. Pour half the form of ordinary filtered water and send it to the oven preheated to 200 C. As soon as the water boils, reduce the temperature to 200 C and bake for 40 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Bulgarian pepper - 10 pcs.
  • Minced meat mixed - 400 -450 gr.
  • Rice - 2 - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Corn (canned) - 250 gr.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Quail eggs - 10 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • Butter / margarine - 100 gr.
  • Grated tomatoes - 0.5 l.
  • Wheat bread (stale) - up to 200 gr.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Greens (dill, parsley) - 1/2 bunch
  • Green onion - 1
  • Red pepper (for filling) - half
  • Ground black pepper

Cooking technology:

1. Before cooking, you need to prepare vegetables and meat. We remove the stalk and seeds from the bell pepper, we do everything carefully so that the fruits remain whole and not damaged. Boil the quail eggs until cooked, then give them time to cool and peel these crumbs from the shell. Finely chop the onion. Cut half of red sweet pepper into small cubes. Strain the corn through a colander. Finely chop the greens, and cut the green onion into rings. Soak hard bread in warm water.


2. Now you need to start preparing the filling. We add corn, greens, onions, chopped red pepper to the minced meat, beat in a chicken egg, well-washed rice, I usually cook from round Krasnodar. Salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze out the soaked bread and add it to the filling. Mix well.

Add a small amount of water to the filling, then it will be juicy


3. Fill the peppers with minced meat up to half, tamping well. We put a quail egg and then continue to fill to the very brim, so we hid a tiny egg. Filled blanks are placed in a deep baking dish, or a cauldron / caterpillar.


4. For pouring, we need to grate the tomatoes to the very skin, add melted butter to the tomato, salt and stir to taste.

5. Pour our peppers with the tomato-cream mixture so that it does not get inside. The fill level should be 2 cm below the peppers. I don't even know the recipe. The classic version of the preparation of this dish with minced meat in tomato sauce, baked in the oven. It's quick and easy to prepare, and it turns out superbly tasty, satisfying and fragrant! Well, motivated you, let's start cooking?


Required Ingredients:

  • Minced pork and beef - 1 kg
  • rice - 100 gr
  • Bulgarian pepper - 10 pcs.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Tomato paste - 3 tbsp. lies.
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Dill - bunch
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. lies.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

Cooking:

1. First things first, wash the rice very well. I already mentioned above that Krasnodar is best suited for this dish. Add the washed rice to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix well so that the rice and spices are evenly distributed in the minced meat.


2. While the minced meat is soaked with salt and ground pepper, I suggest doing bell pepper. We cut off the hat along with the stalk and carefully free it from seeds and partitions so as not to damage the fruit. Rinse in running water.

I propose to cook this dish in an unusual performance. We will bake stuffed fruits not entirely, but in halves in the form of boats. We will replace the minced meat that we are used to with chicken pieces and eggplant mmm. It turns out insanely tasty and appetizing stuffed peppers under a ruddy cheese crust!


Ingredients:

  • Sweet pepper - 4 pcs.
  • Long grain steamed rice - 1/2 cup
  • Chicken fillet - 250 - 300 gr.
  • Eggplant - 1 pc.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese - 50 gr.
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp. lies.
  • Vegetable oil - 30 gr.
  • Sour cream - 50 gr.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Parsley / dill - a little

Cooking process:

1. First we need to prepare the filling. To do this, rinse the rice very well until clear water and boil until half cooked.

I do this: pour rice with cold water and put it on the stove. At the highest temperature, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. I don’t remove the pan from the stove, so the rice is perfectly steamed.


2. Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in water and cut into thin half rings. We heat the pan, pour in a small amount of vegetable oil and fry until a transparent color, then the onion becomes soft.


3. Peel the eggplant and cut into medium-sized cubes. We send to the pan to the onion. Sprinkle with a little salt to take the bitterness out of the eggplant.


4. Cut the chicken meat into medium-sized pieces and add to the pan with the vegetables.


5. At the very end, peel the large carrots and three on a fine grater. We send it to the pan with meat and vegetables.


6. When the vegetables have acquired a golden color, we shift them to the steamed rice. Add ketchup or tomato paste (sauce), salt and spices to taste, and a little greenery (dill + parsley).


7. Now we need to prepare sweet peppers. Remove the stem and core, remove the seeds and cut into halves. Lubricate a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the halves of the bell pepper.


8. We fill the “boats” with meat and vegetable filling, pour over with mayonnaise or sour cream, or maybe you like natural yogurt without additives. Sprinkle with hard cheese, which must first be coarsely grated. We heat the oven to 180C and place our stuffed pepper for 25 - 30 minutes.


9. Serve with a vegetable salad or side dish.

Very tasty dish, hearty and nutritious. Stuffed with rice and minced chicken, baked in tomato sauce, the peppers come out just amazing!

Required Ingredients:

  • Sweet pepper - 1 kg
  • Chicken fillet - 750 gr.
  • Rice - 2 tbsp.
  • Onion - 3 pcs.
  • Carrots - 5 pcs.
  • Black ground pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying - 3 tbsp. lies.

For gravy:

  • Tomato juice - 1 liter
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. lies.
  • Sour cream / mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. lies.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. lies.


Cooking process:

1. Wash the rice thoroughly in warm water several times. We shift into a saucepan, pour boiling water and cook for 6 minutes from the moment of boiling until half cooked. Next, we recline the rice in a colander and rinse under warm water. Leave until completely cool.


2. I cook minced meat myself - I separate the fillet from the bone and pass the meat through a meat grinder, and the bones can be used to cook broth for soup or borscht.

If there is no desire or time to mess with meat, you can buy ready-made minced meat in the store.


3. We clean the carrots and onions from the peel. Finely chop the onion into cubes, three carrots on a grater with large holes. We send the chopped vegetables to a frying pan heated with vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown, stirring constantly.


4. Set aside 4 tablespoons of fried carrots and onions for the filling. Then add tomato juice, tomato paste, salt and sugar to the pan. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for 3 minutes.


4. We remove the stalk from sweet pepper, pressing it inward, and then take it out together with the core. We shake out the remaining seeds and wash the fruits under running water.

Each housewife has her own, but recently I began to cook a little differently than before, this recipe is the most delicious for me. The filling is traditional - with meat and rice, a story with step-by-step photos and videos.

Peppers stuffed with meat and rice: essential products

I will give the number of products that I used myself for the last time, the proportions are not fundamental, you can add something more at your discretion:

  • bell pepper - 12 pieces
  • minced chicken - about 0.5 kg
  • raw rice - half a glass
  • onion - 1-2 large heads
  • carrots - 2 pieces
  • sour cream - one good large spoon
  • 1-2 large tomatoes
  • salt pepper
  • tomato paste optional
  • water - 500 -600 ml
  • vegetable oil for frying

The dish will look beautiful, made from peppers of different colors, but I have the usual green this time.

And minced meat can be made from any meat, I added a little pork and beef to the chicken.

I make a tomato-sour cream sauce for filling stuffed peppers: in winter with tomato paste, and in summer I like to put fresh tomatoes.
