  • Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and table salt will help clean the inside and outside of the dishes. Pour a small amount of the previously indicated components on moistened places, rub with a soft sponge, rinse. If you clean the pan inside and out with this composition, the enamel will return to its original appearance.
  • Persol. If the pan is very badly burned, and darkening remains after cleaning, you can get rid of them. Take 2 tablespoons of persol per liter of water. Put the dishes on the fire, boil for a few minutes. Do not pour out the solution, leave until completely cooled. After that, rub the remaining stains with a soft sponge, wash.
  • Citric acid perfectly copes with blackness, yellowness and soot. First you need to prepare a solution: dilute 1 teaspoon of acid in a liter of water. Pour the composition into a saucepan, put on fire and boil for several minutes. If the soot is very strong, it is necessary to boil for about 15 minutes, leave the solution until it cools down. This will help whiten the bottom and sides.
  • Peel from green apples. Fill the pan 1/3 with water, fill the rest with the peel. Boil for twenty minutes, then everything is as usual: pour the solution, wash with a sponge, rinse the container.
  • Chlorine bleach - will help clean the enamel pan from any kind of pollution and, in addition, will make it snow-white. Pour 2 liters of water and 1 cap of the product into the dishes, leave for a few hours to soak. After this time, the solution can be used to clean the pan and other utensils, rinse the pan thoroughly. To avoid the smell of chlorine, it is advisable to use detergents (Myth, AQS, etc.).
  • Soap solution. For 1 liter of warm water, you need 1 tablespoon of laundry soap shavings. Pour them over the dishes and leave for the whole night, and in the morning it remains only to remove the remnants of dark spots with a soft brush.

When cleaning an enamel pan from soot, yellow and black spots, in no case should you use coarse brushes, and even more so scrapers. Otherwise, it will damage the enamel, the service life of the product will be significantly reduced.
