Having collected the cucumbers, carefully wash them with a sponge and pour cold water from the tap for 5-6 hours. When the soaking time is up, I always cut off the tails from the cucumber and put them on a kitchen towel, calibrating in size. While we had cucumbers in the "lock", we prepared spices, garlic and dill umbrellas. Everything was washed, cleaned and dried. Dill can be used both fresh, by picking umbrellas directly from the bush, and dried (I usually hang the cut dill in a bunch from the ceiling and, if necessary, just take the required amount for pickling). You can also use dill seeds, without an umbrella (twigs). Also prepare the jars. Wash with soda, rinse under running water and. Me or the old-fashioned way on a saucepan with a nozzle with a hole. While the brine is brought to a boil, immediately add 70% vinegar to each jar. And fill the jars with boiling brine again.

We roll the jars turnkey or with screw caps. We turn the jars over on the lid and wrap them under a blanket or blanket until they cool completely. Ingredients

For two cans of 0.5 l:

  • garlic - 1 tooth.

Cooking

1. Cut cucumbers into circles, and onions into half rings.

08. Cucumbers will gradually begin to change their color. When more than half of them change color, turn off the fire.

09. After all the cucumbers are the same color, put them in jars.
