Barley with minced meat in a slow cooker recipe:

At the bottom of the multicooker bowl, pour a small amount of vegetable oil and put the diced onions.

We spread the processed cereals in a medium-sized saucepan, pour two or three glasses of purified salted water there and put on the stove. Cook over medium heat until cooked for 40-50 minutes. Check your porridge from time to time. If, after the allotted time for cooking, you feel that the barley is not ready yet, then wait some more time. If necessary, add water, stirring with a spoon, so that the cereal does not burn on the base of the pan and turn out to be very dry.

While the barley is boiling, let's do the minced meat. We wash chicken fillet under running warm water. Then place the meat on a cutting board and use a knife to cut it into medium-sized cubes. Step 3: turn the chicken fillet into minced meat.

Now all that remains is to use the meat grinder and the minced meat is ready.
