Apricot ice cream at home: recipe with photos. Homemade apricot ice cream: how to make a summer dessert with your own hands How to make apricot ice cream

This is the easiest ice cream recipe you can come up with. It's easier to just buy it in a store. But homemade delicacy is both tastier and healthier. No preservatives or palm oil. Just 3 ingredients - sour cream, condensed milk and your favorite fruits or berries. Mix everything and put it in the freezer. You don't even need to stir. A quick and easy cold dessert. Let's find out in more detail how to prepare it.

Ingredients:

- sour cream – 500 g;
- apricots – 500 g;
- condensed milk – 1 can.

Recipe with photos step by step:

1. Regardless of whether the apricots are homemade or market, they need to be washed thoroughly, or better yet, soaked for several hours in clean cold water. During this time, even the smallest particles of dirt will come off the fruit and settle to the bottom of the bowl. If you want your homemade apricot ice cream to be more tender, then you need to remove the skin from the fruit. And for this they need to be blanched. Simply put, pour boiling water over it and wait a few minutes. Then the skin is very easy to remove. But you can skip this step.

2. Now prepare the ice cream base. It is done simply. Mix sour cream with a can of condensed milk and beat thoroughly with a blender. If you like homemade sour cream, you can use that too. But I prefer to use store-bought, because the homemade product, although more healthy, has a strong, specific smell and taste. In store-bought sour cream it is less pronounced. I advise you not to put in the whole can of condensed milk at first. Put some in and taste it. If you find it too sweet, add more.

By the way, you can easily prepare it to make the dessert even more natural.

3. Remove pits from apricots. Place fruit halves in a bowl or blender.

4. Turn them into apricot puree.

5. Mix the ice cream base of sour cream and condensed milk with apricot puree. Mix thoroughly and transfer to a freezer container with a lid. Seal tightly and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours. No stirring required. The ice cream is free of ice crystals, soft, smooth and, of course, delicious. But if you have an ice cream maker, I suggest speeding up the preparation of the treat. Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl for now and turn on the device. In a few minutes, a delicious homemade dessert without dyes or preservatives will be ready to serve. This ice cream can be prepared with other fruits or berries, or with chocolate or cocoa. You can sprinkle nuts on top.
