mayonnaise - to taste

Cooking method:

Cut boiled eggs into small cubes. Wash the cucumbers and chop finely. Place everything in a bowl. Add canned beans and salt.

Finely chop a clove of garlic and mix it with mayonnaise. Season the salad with this mixture.

Mix everything well and put it in a salad bowl.

Decorate the salad by sprinkling it with grated cheese.

Canned bean salad with eggs and cheese

1 can red beans
150 gr. cheese
rye crackers, preferably with garlic - 1 sachet
parsley

It’s better to put the crackers just before serving, otherwise they will get soggy and the taste won’t be the same. Simple and very tasty!
Transfer the beans to a salad bowl, after draining the liquid. Add coarsely grated cheese, chop the herbs, add croutons, season with mayonnaise - the salad is ready!

Salad with canned green beans

tomatoes 160 g
canned green beans 100 g
mayonnaise 100 g
green salad 20 g
dill greens
parsley

Boiled chicken meat, boiled potatoes and eggs, fresh or pickled cucumbers, tomatoes are cut into even slices, green lettuce leaves are cut into strips.

Liver salad with beans and croutons

Beans 1 jar 200 - 250 g
Chicken or any liver 0.5 kg
croutons 1x1 cm
Mayonnaise
Boil the liver in salted water, place in a colander to drain. Cut into small cubes 1x1 cm. Add washed beans and crackers. Season all this with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

White bean salad with cheese

For 4-6 servings:
1/2 cup dry white beans or 1 can canned beans
1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
1 onion, finely chopped
parsley,
salt
sugar
vinegar
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1. If you use dry beans, soak for 10-12 hours, boil them in the same water and drain in a colander.
2. Then add finely chopped onions, vegetable oil mixed with vinegar, salt, sugar to the beans and then mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
3. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with grated cheese and parsley.

Salad Tenderness with beans

1 can red beans

White bean and sweet pepper salad

300 g boiled white beans
1 sweet pepper
2 onions

White bean salad with tuna

For 4 servings:
150 g young spinach
1/2 long cucumber, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 x 200g cans of canned tuna, drained and cut into pieces
410g white beans, drained and rinsed
20 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
Refueling:
5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice, squeezed

1. Place tomatoes, cucumber and spinach in a salad bowl. Add tuna, beans and parsley. Mix carefully so as not to break the tuna pieces.

Black bean and mango salad

3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive. oils
450 g canned black beans (liquid drained)
1 mango (peeled and finely chopped)
1 ripe avocado (cut into cubes)
1/2 red rep. onions (finely chopped)
Tabasco sauce - to taste
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 cup chopped lettuce
Delicious and original salad. Not to mention its usefulness, it looks beautiful on the table.
Prepare a dressing from lemon juice and olive oil. Pour the dressing over all other ingredients (except the salad), season with salt, black pepper and Tabasco - to taste. Stir well. Let it brew for 15 minutes. Serve - placed on top of the green salad.

Hearty green bean salad

Can of canned green beans
Cheese, approximately 300 grams
Carbonate or shank, approximately 300 grams
Onions, a couple of medium onions
Fresh tomatoes, 3-4 medium

A very filling salad. I’ll say right away that it’s not suitable for those who don’t like onions. There should be enough of it in the salad, and without it the salad won’t be the same.
Drain the can of beans.
Place the beans in a salad bowl without cutting them.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the ham into small thin strips.
Cut the tomatoes into small slices.
Onion into thin rings.
Add mayonnaise in portions, thoroughly mixing the salad. The ingredients should not “swim” in mayonnaise.

  • Boiled or canned beans – 1 cup
  • Ham or sausage -200 gr

  • Chinese cabbage
  • 80 g Korean carrots

For a salad with boiled beans you need:

  • 80 grams of rabbit fillet;
  • 50 grams of oyster mushrooms;
  • 30 grams of dry beans;
  • 50 ml olive oil;
  • 5 ml red wine vinegar;
  • 30 grams of bell peppers;
  • 1 bunch of greens;
  • 20 grams of nuts.

Boiled red bean salad:

  1. If you have meat on the bone, then first of all you need to wash it and dry it. Then cut off the fillet. Cut into small equal pieces.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and separate them into segments.
  3. Heat a frying pan with half the oil and fry the rabbit meat in it until half cooked.
  4. Add mushrooms to the meat and now bring both products to full readiness.
  5. If all the oil has been absorbed, you can add a little water.
  6. Season the mushrooms and meat with pepper and salt, stir and cool.
  7. Dry the nuts until golden brown in a dry frying pan and grind in a mortar.

For boiled bean salad you need:

  • 500 grams of lamb;
  • 200 grams of peppers;
  • 100 grams of boiled beans;
  • 5 ml mustard;
  • 2 grams of lemon pepper;
  • 2 grams of salt;
  • 5 ml vinegar;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 5 ml lemon juice;
  • 5+40 ml olive oil.

Boiled bean salad recipe:

  1. Rinse the meat, remove films and veins. Trim off excess fat if desired.
  2. Cut the lamb into cubes.
  3. Peel the garlic and put it through a press.
  4. In a bowl, combine olive oil (5 ml), lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, mustard, lemon pepper, salt and garlic.
  5. Combine all ingredients, stirring the mixture and roll the lamb in it.
  6. Cover the bowl with a lid and place in the refrigerator to marinate for four hours.
  7. Wash the sprigs of mint and parsley and pick off only the leaves (greens).
  8. Now refueling. Pour lemon juice and olive oil into a blender bowl. Season with black pepper and salt and beat until smooth/sauce-like.

For boiled bean salad you need:

  • 1 chicken fillet;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 50 grams of lettuce leaves;
  • 50 grams of beans;
  • 10 ml olive oil.

Boiled bean salad:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Soak the beans for at least six hours in advance. As soon as you start preparing the salad, drain the water, rinse the beans and place on the stove for an hour. After cooking, drain the boiling water and cool the product.
  3. Wash the chicken fillet, remove skin if any. Cut off films, veins, and fat.
  4. Season the meat with pepper and salt, sprinkle it with half the olive oil and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Cool the finished chicken fillet and cut into cubes.
  6. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Place the leaves on the bottom of the dish and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  7. In a salad bowl, combine chicken, cooked beans, and tomatoes.
  8. Dress the salad with olive oil and serve to guests.

  4. Peel the garlic and put it into a press.
  5. Pour the second part of the olive oil into a small bowl, add garlic and Provençal herbs. Let the dressing sit for at least one hour.
  6. Wash and tear the lettuce and cabbage leaves.
  7. In a salad bowl, combine lettuce pieces, shrimp and beans. Pour dressing over the dish and stir.
